From the coast to Al Quoz
From Umm Suqeim it's about 7–10 km to us, roughly 10–20 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. One way in is Al Wasl Road, then Al Manara Street or Al Marabea Street and Al Asayel Street. Another is Umm Suqeim Street and First Al Khail Street. Check live directions from your own street, because the nearest main road isn't always the quickest.
Give yourself some extra time on the first drop-off. That way you can introduce your dog without rushing and talk us through their routine.
Care that fits your day
A day away from home might mean work, visitors or a long outing. Tell us which when you ask about daycare, along with how your dog gets on with other dogs and new places. We'll talk through how their usual meals, rest and play fit the day. A single daycare day is AED 99.75 including VAT. Once you know your dates, compare the daycare packs.
If you're travelling, make a boarding enquiry with your drop-off and collection dates. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. Tell us how your dog usually settles at night, so we can keep bedtime familiar.
Pickup from your villa or building
Our pet taxi costs AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip within Dubai, including VAT. It's priced separately from care, and we'll confirm availability and timing with you. Send your street, villa or building number, the entrance to use and the name of the person handing over your dog.
