Before you set off for Al Quoz
Use the Maps link to find Warehouse 7 on 31st Street in Al Quoz Industrial 4. Check your journey on the day, and discuss arrival and collection before travelling. The facility is open every day from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
If you need dog taxi, provide your full address, map pin, entrance instructions and preferred pickup and return times. The team checks route availability and charges; an enquiry does not reserve transport.
Help the team answer your first enquiry
Start with the service you need, your care dates and how many dogs will attend. Boarding needs both the start and end of the stay. Add your dog’s age, vaccination records, feeding routine, medication, allergies and any handling or social concerns.
For a first visit, ask which introduction or assessment is appropriate. Prepare care records and feeding and medication instructions, and confirm with the team what your dog should bring before arrival. Emergency contacts and behaviour notes are useful for an overnight stay.
Enquiring and booking are different steps
The website enquiry form opens a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send. Availability, first-visit requirements and the final quote need confirmation from the team. Opening the draft alone does not book care.
