Town Square has its own dog park for residents, and its rules say a handler has to stay with the dogs. When you need care while you're out, bring your dog to Happy Buddies at Warehouse 7, 31st Street, Al Quoz Industrial 4, or let our pet taxi do the driving.
The Town Square dog-park rules
Dogs go on the lead to enter and leave, the gate stays closed and you clean up after your dog. Handlers must be at least 16, with no more than three dogs each. Those rules are for the dog park, so check before you take your dog to other parks or play areas in Town Square.
When you ask about daycare, tell us how your dog does at the park: how they meet other dogs, when they need a rest and how they travel afterwards. Talk to us about the day ahead instead of tiring them out with a long park session before drop-off.
The drive from your cluster to Al Quoz
Town Square is out along Al Qudra Road. From here it's about 17–20 km to us, roughly 20–25 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. From Noor or Safi Townhouses you'll head along Al Qudra Road and Umm Suqeim Street, and the Safi side includes a short stretch of Emirates Road. Your building or townhouse entrance can change the first part of the trip.
Check live directions and agree a handover time with us. If drop-off has to fit around the school run, leave a realistic gap between the two rather than counting on the quickest time.
Booking care and transport
For a pet taxi, send your apartment building or townhouse cluster, the entrance, your home number and a contact for the return. Within Dubai it's AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT. We'll confirm availability and pickup times before you rely on it. Daycare prices and packs are separate from the transport charge.
If you'll be away overnight, book boarding and tell us about the bedtime routine your dog knows at home. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. You can ask about grooming when you choose your dates. If the pickup or return isn't in Town Square, our Dubai areas guide covers other neighbourhoods.
