The Valley is Emaar's community on the Dubai–Al Ain Road. We're at Warehouse 7, 31st Street, Al Quoz Industrial 4, so daycare means a fair drive. It's worth planning that drive around your dog's comfort as well as your own day.
The drive from The Valley
From The Valley it's about 36–46 km to us, roughly 35–45 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. Where you live makes a difference, so tell us your phase or subcommunity, your villa and the gate you use. Check live directions before you leave.
One route takes the Jebel Ali–Lahbab Road to Al Qudra Road and then Umm Suqeim Street. The other follows the Dubai–Al Ain Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road before turning towards Al Quoz. Which is quicker depends on where you start and on the traffic. We're open daily from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, so you can plan drop-off and collection around the drive.
Daily daycare or a boarding stay?
For daycare, tell us how your dog handles longer car trips and what a normal day at home looks like. Book a first visit before you set up a regular schedule. The drive has to suit your dog as well as your commute.
If you're going away, boarding means just two trips: drop-off and collection. Send your dates, feeding notes and evening routine. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. Boarding is Small AED 126, Medium AED 135 and Large AED 150 per night, including VAT, and our prices page lists daycare and boarding together.
Pet taxi from The Valley
The Valley is in Dubai, so our pet taxi costs AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT. Transport is booked separately from care. Tell us who will hand over your dog and when, and we'll confirm the route and times before you book.
