Park time with you, daycare with us
A run at the local dog park with you is very different from a full day of care with us. Before a park visit, check the community's current rules, as a landscaped green isn't always an off-lead area. Please don't plan to meet the pet taxi at a park unless we've agreed it together.
Those park visits still tell us a lot. When you ask about daycare, describe how your dog behaves there, whether they like a quiet friend or a busy crowd, and whether they need a break after a burst of play. It's a good starting point, because a dog who loves a walk round the community won't always enjoy a full day in a group.
The drive from your Springs or Meadows number
From The Springs and The Meadows it's about 10–16 km to us, roughly 15–25 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. From The Springs, one route is Al Asayel Street and another uses Al Khail Road. From The Meadows, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Street, or head across to Al Asayel Street. Your community number and exit make a difference, so check live directions before you set a leaving time.
For a pet taxi, send your Springs or Meadows number, villa, access instructions and who will be home. Within Dubai it costs AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT, and we'll confirm the timing with you.
Regular days or a longer trip
Daycare packs last two months. Count the days you really need before you choose from the price guide, especially if school holidays or travel will break up your routine. If you have more than one dog, each extra dog from the same home gets 25% off.
For boarding, tell us about your dog's evenings as well as their meals and your dates. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. You can ask for a grooming appointment before the trip home, and we'll agree the time in advance.
