Plan pickup from your front door
Sports City has sports academies and venues, and it hosts big events. If something is on near you, check the roads before handover. A busy venue is a poor place to meet with a dog, so we'll plan the pickup from your building or villa.
From Sports City it's about 11–13 km to us, roughly 15–20 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. From the ISD side you can take Hessa Street to Al Khail Road, while Victory Heights joins Al Khail Road a different way. Both then follow Umm Suqeim Street into Al Quoz.
Daycare that matches your time away
Whether you're at work or out for a game, tell us when your dog actually needs care. The end of a match doesn't set the collection time, so agree it with us in advance. For daycare, let us know how your dog handles excitement, quiet spells and car journeys. Ask about a first visit before you book lots of trips.
A single day is AED 99.75 including VAT. For regular visits, compare the packages with your weekly plans; they're valid for two months. We confirm care and transport times separately.
A clear plan for coming home
For boarding, send both dates and a reliable contact for the return. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. If your return date might change, talk to us about collection before you confirm the stay, so someone is ready to receive your dog when they come home.
Our Dubai pet taxi is AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT. Send the location of your entrance and any visitor instructions, and we'll confirm the route. Ask about grooming if it would help to fit it into the same visit. If you're actually in Motor City or another nearby area, use your exact address and the right area guide.
