There's more to a Discovery Gardens address than the name. The community has six themed clusters: Zen, Mediterranean, Contemporary, Mogul, Mesoamerican and Cactus. Your cluster and building number tell us far more than the community name on its own. Your dog comes to us at Warehouse 7, 31st Street, Al Quoz Industrial 4.
Start with your cluster and building
When you book a pickup, add your building number and entrance to the cluster name. Tell us exactly where the person handing over your dog will meet the driver, especially if you use a different door from the one a map app suggests.
From Discovery Gardens it's about 15–20 km by car, roughly 20–25 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. Routes start along Ibn Battuta Street and Al Asayel Street. Some carry on via Al Jamayel Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road to Al Khail Road, and others stay on Al Asayel Street for longer. Check live directions from your building.
From an apartment day to a daycare day
If your dog usually waits at home while you work, tell us about that day when you ask about daycare. Include their quiet times, meals and how they react to unfamiliar dogs. Mention anything that makes leaving the building hard, like nerves in the lift or a busy entrance.
For regular visits, the price page lists the packages, which are valid for two months. Make sure the trip and the care suit your dog before you choose a bigger package. Check your building's rules before you use a courtyard or other shared space for a handover.
Plan the trip home too
A Dubai pet taxi is AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT, booked separately from care. Agree the times with us, and tell us who will be at the building to receive your dog.
For boarding, send your return date and your dog's usual sleeping routine. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. If grooming would save you another trip, ask for an appointment when you choose your dates.
