Al Safa sits near Jumeirah and the Dubai Water Canal, a short drive from us in Al Quoz. Even so, the street you leave from and the road you take make a difference. All our care happens at Happy Buddies, Warehouse 7, 31st Street, Al Quoz Industrial 4.
The drive from Al Safa
From Al Safa 1 or Al Safa 2 it's about 9–11 km to us, roughly 15–20 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. You can come along Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Wasl Road, then cross via Al Manara Street or Al Marabea Street and Al Asayel Street. Look at live directions from home so drop-off fits the rest of your morning.
For a pickup, send us your home entrance rather than Safa Park or a metro station. A landmark doesn't tell the driver which gate or door you'll come out of.
Daycare for a week that changes
Maybe you need care on office days but not when you work from home. Start with the dates you need, and talk to us about daycare around your dog's usual rest, meals and how they are with other dogs. If it will be their first time away from the family, tell us and ask about a shorter first visit.
A single day is AED 99.75 including VAT. Daycare packs are valid for two months, so pick one that matches the days you'll really use. You can compare them on our prices page before you settle on a routine.
Overnight stays and the trip home
For nights away, book boarding. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. Send your collection date and your dog's bedtime routine with the booking. If you'd like them groomed before they come home, ask about grooming when you book so we can check for an appointment.

Is a landmark like Safa Park enough for a pickup?
It's better to send your home details. Give us Al Safa 1 or Al Safa 2, your street and your house or building, and share your location on WhatsApp. A park or station can send the driver to the wrong meeting point.
How long does the drive from Al Safa take?
About 9–11 km, roughly 15–20 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour, and leave a few spare minutes if you have somewhere to be after drop-off.
Can someone else meet the pet taxi when my dog comes home?
Yes. Give us their name and number and agree the time with us before you book. A round trip within Dubai is AED 100 including VAT, and we'll confirm availability for your dates.
