The drive from your side of Al Furjan
From Al Furjan it's about 17–22 km to us, roughly 20–30 minutes without traffic. Allow longer at rush hour. The faster routes take Al Asayel Street, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, then Umm Suqeim Street into Al Quoz. You can also stay on Al Asayel Street for more of the way.
Check live directions from your own gate before you leave. When you message us, include your building or development name as well as the nearest pavilion. If you live in a gated community, tell us what visitors need so the handover goes smoothly.
Start with your dog's normal day
When you ask about daycare, describe a normal day at home. Tell us whether your dog usually has company, naps at set times and has spent much time around other dogs. Those answers help more than picking a package first. A single day is AED 99.75 including VAT, and the price guide lists packages for a longer routine.
If you live in an apartment, check your building's rules for dogs in the lobby and other shared areas before you plan a handover there. It matters most when someone else will bring your dog downstairs.
Plan the whole stay
For boarding, send the dates you leave and return, food instructions and your dog's usual sleeping pattern. A Happy Buddies team member stays on site overnight with the boarding dogs, and the boarding area has cameras. If your travel plans might change, tell us who can receive your dog back in Al Furjan.
Our Dubai pet taxi is AED 60 one way or AED 100 round trip, including VAT, and it's booked separately from care.
