Help a first-time guest settle
A trial daycare visit can introduce the team and environment before the first overnight stay. It also gives staff time to learn how your dog handles social activity and rest.
Questions worth asking
Ask how dogs are supervised, how play groups are matched, what updates you will receive, what happens in an emergency and how the team handles feeding, medication and anxious guests.
